Lagos delivery

1-3 working days after payment confirmation

Outside Lagos

2-4 working days after payment confirmation

Outside Nigeria

2-5 working days after payment confirmation

It is important to include accurate delivery information to ensure there are no delays in receiving your item(s)

Orders may be delayed during sales or restock of sold-out items

A confirmation email will be sent once you place your order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Lagos delivery ranges from N1,500-3000 depending on location

We ship via GIG logistics ONLY for other states

Shipping costs ranges from N3000-N6000(outside Lagos) and may vary depending on the weight of your purchased item(s)

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item for exchange

You will be notified via email of any delays in shipping as such may arise during holidays.

We will not be responsible for any loss or stolen packages once GIG has marked the item(s) as delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders are shipped via DHL and we offer worldwide shipping

Shipping ranges from $35-$50 (for items between 0-2kg ie 3-4 items depending on the outfit) and varies depending on the weight of your purchased item(s)

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped

Custom duties, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer as Fuhler Bra is not responsible for customs taxes and duties applied in the country of delivery

Payment fee for returning outfits for exchange is the sole responsibility of the customer

It is important to always verify your delivery information before placing an order

We are required to always state the value of your purchase on the package

Once delivery has been marked by DHL, we will not be responsible for any loss or stolen packages.

Fûhler Bra Assurance

You can return your unworn lingerie** back if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your items. Please return them to us intact, with all tags in place within 7 days, please include the completed enclosed return form with your products and contact us for free pick up, after which you would be given store credit that can be used for the replacement.

Delivery for your exchanged item would be free.
